Terms of service
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms are an agreement between Revone, a sole proprietorship owned and run by Bharath Chand, with its business address at [PLACEHOLDER: business address] (“Revone”, “we”, “us”), and the business that orders from us (“Merchant”, “you”).
Revone provides NFC standees and cards (“Tags”) that, when tapped with a phone, open your Google review page, plus related online tools to manage your Tags and see activity (together, the “Service”). By placing an order, activating a Tag or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Starter kit and first 12 months
- The starter kit costs ₹1,499 + GST and includes 1 crystal standee and 2 NFC cards (one vertical, one horizontal).
- This is an introductory price and may change for future orders. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
- The kit includes 12 months of the Service with all features available during that period, starting on the date your account is activated (“Year 1”). There is no subscription charge in Year 1.
3. Subscription from month 13
- From month 13, the Service costs ₹299 per month + GST per merchant account, paid in advance.
- One subscription covers all Tags linked to your account, however many you have.
- If you do not want to continue after Year 1, simply do not set up the payment mandate (or cancel it). Your Tags will stop opening your review page at the end of Year 1.
4. Payment by UPI AutoPay
- Monthly fees are collected by UPI AutoPay e-mandate, processed through an RBI-authorised payment provider.
- You need to set up the mandate before Year 1 ends to keep the Service running without a break. Nothing is debited before the start of month 13.
- We will send you renewal reminders 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before renewal.
- In line with RBI rules on e-mandates, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before every debit, showing the amount and date.
- You can cancel the mandate or your subscription at any time, through your UPI app or by telling us. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. See our refund & cancellation policy.
5. Extra Tags
You can buy as many extra Tags as you like at the then-current price shown when you order, currently ₹499 per extra NFC card and ₹1,499 per extra crystal standee, each plus GST. All extra Tags are covered by your one subscription; there is no extra monthly fee per Tag.
6. Price changes
We may change the subscription price by giving you at least 30 days' written notice (by email, SMS, WhatsApp or in the app). If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.
7. Missed payments
- If a payment fails, we will send you a reminder.
- Your Tags keep working for a 7-day grace period from the due date. If the payment is still unpaid after that, the Service is paused and your Tags show a “temporarily paused” page instead of your review page.
- Service is restored within 24 hours of the payment clearing. The hardware stays yours.
- Pausing does not delete your account data. Reviews already posted on Google stay on Google; they are not Revone's to remove.
8. Tag warranty (10 years)
- What is covered: each Tag has a 10-year limited warranty from its delivery date. A Tag is “faulty” if it stops working under normal use because of a manufacturing or chip fault. We will replace faulty Tags free of charge, and the replacement keeps the same link.
- What is not covered: externally damaged Tags, meaning damage from causes outside normal use, including physical damage (cracks, breaks, bending, punctures, crushing); water or other liquid, fire, heat or chemicals; tampering, removing or modifying the chip or antenna, or rewriting the Tag; loss or theft; and use contrary to our instructions. Normal fading of printed graphics is not a defect. Uncovered replacements are charged at the extra-Tag price.
- How to claim: email hello@revone.in with a photo of the Tag. We may ask you to send the Tag back. If the claim is accepted, we send a replacement free of charge.
9. Following Google's review rules
Google has rules on how businesses may ask for reviews, and you must follow them. In particular, you agree:
- to ask all customers equally, and not to screen out or discourage unhappy customers or offer the Tag only to customers you expect to be happy;
- not to offer anything in return for a review, including discounts, freebies, cashback, contest or lucky-draw entries or other incentives;
- not to set staff quotas, targets or bonuses linked to reviews or ratings;
- not to write reviews yourself, or let owners, staff or family write them; and
- not to complete a review on a customer's behalf or on their device. The customer writes their own review on their own phone.
If we reasonably believe you are breaking these rules, we may suspend or end your Service. Revone is not responsible if Google removes or filters reviews, or restricts or suspends your Google Business Profile, for any reason.
10. Google disclaimer
Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Revone is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The Service depends on Google's platform, which Google may change at any time; we will try to adapt but cannot guarantee how Google's services work.
11. Your data and privacy
We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you give us and for keeping your login secure.
12. Our responsibilities and limits
- We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will get any particular number or type of reviews, or any rating.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or harm to reputation.
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This cap does not limit our obligation to replace faulty Tags under section 8.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
13. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service at any time (see section 4 for cancelling payments). We may suspend or end your Service if you break these terms, including section 9, or do not pay. We may also stop offering the Service with at least 30 days' notice; if we do, we will refund any fees you have prepaid for the period after it ends.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking in good faith. If that fails within 30 days, the courts at [PLACEHOLDER: jurisdiction city, e.g. Panaji, Goa] will have exclusive jurisdiction.
